Cable trays
Hot-dip galvanized perforated cable tray
Our most specified tray: perforated steel, formed after cutting and hot-dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461 for outdoor, industrial and humid areas.

When to choose it
Hot-dip galvanizing is applied after the tray is cut, punched and formed, so every edge, hole and weld is covered by zinc. That makes it the right tray for outdoor runs, plant rooms, substations, water and wastewater plants, and any area with humidity or chemical exposure.
How we make it
- Steel sheet cut and perforated on our own lines
- Side walls formed with a return lip for rigidity
- Hot-dip galvanized after fabrication according to BS EN ISO 1461
- Every batch checked for dimensions and coating before dispatch
Sizes
Widths, side heights and sheet thickness are produced to your drawings and load schedule. Send us the cable schedule or the BOQ and our technical team will propose the right size and thickness.
