Lighting poles

We make lighting poles in our Qalyub factory, on the same galvanizing and coating lines as our cable trays. Every pole is built to your drawings and specification.

Types

• Street poles: tapered or stepped, with a single, double or Y-arm.
• Modern decorative poles: square or rectangular, ready for LED strips in the shaft and arms.
• Bollards and garden posts: with a light slot, window head or a laser-cut pattern of any design.
• Classic posts: a decorative base, ready for the lantern you choose.

Base and anchor bolts

A base plate welded to the shaft with stiffeners and drilled for the anchor bolts, and an inspection door near the base for wiring. Anchor bolts are made to match the base plate, with nuts and washers, and sent ahead so they are set in the foundation before the poles arrive.

Finish

• Hot-dip galvanized after welding, so the inside of the shaft, the welds and the base are protected.
• Electrostatic powder coat in any colour, on its own or over galvanizing.
